eXp Mentor Program
The Mentor Program provides newly licensed agents a learning platform where they will gain the fundamental knowledge required to start and build a successful real estate career. Each mentee is paired with an eXp Realty Certified Mentor who is a member of the same MLS and local geographic area.

Mentors play a vital role by providing guidance in a practical, hands-on manner to lead mentees in the early stages of their career. Agent Onboarding

Agent Onboarding assists all prospective agents and new eXp Realty agents through the processes of joining and onboarding. Once you have completed the Join Application, agent onboarding will facilitate any revisions, additional paperwork and the remaining steps necessary to become an active eXp Realty agent. If you’re onboarding and joining an existing team, a dedicated support group will be assisting you through this process. For more details, please read our Team Services section. As your onboarding progresses, you will receive email and text alerts to keep you up to date with the most recent information. Growth and Attraction

The Growth and Attraction team assists eXp Realty agents and staff with agent attraction by developing resources and policies, and having conversations with prospective agents to help the company grow.

Marketing and Communications

The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for strategy and messaging to drive company objectives, marketing approvals, public relations, online and offline marketing materials and internal communications. Net Promoter Score

At eXp, we are constantly looking for ways to make our agents more successful and improve their experience. One way we do this is with Net Promoter Score (NPS) Surveys. These are quick surveys that ask agents how likely they are to recommend us to a friend or colleague on a scale from 0 to 10, and what influenced them to give us this score. We use the first question to calculate our NPS Score and determine where we are doing well and where we need to improve. We use the comments to identify specific ways we can improve your agent experience. Your feedback is extremely valuable! It lets us know straight from the source what you need.

Agent Advisory Council

The eXp Agent Advisory Council ensures the voice of the agent is heard at the highest levels of the company. It benefits our shareholders while providing new ways for our senior leadership to obtain additional insight as our company grows. The AAC is made up of 12 nominated and selected eXp agents and brokers; two members serve on the board of directors.

eXp World Holdings Board of Directors

As a public company, we are required to have a board of directors, elected to represent shareholders. They establish policies for corporate management and oversight, and make decisions on major company issues. The board is comprised of real estate agents and leaders in finance and business, including members who have taken companies public; a former President of Global Services at AT&T; a three-time CEO and two-time COO at various finance and software companies such as Cantor Fitzgerald & Co; and a former four-time, top team leader for Keller Williams.
