Accounting and Finance

Responsible for processing payments to agents and vendors, billings and collections, cash management, administering equity-related programs, W-9, direct deposits, capping status and public company compliance related to filings and tax reporting.

Agent Onboarding

Assists all prospective agents and new eXp Realty agents through the processes of joining and onboarding. They provide initial paperwork and facilitate the steps necessary from the joining application to becoming an active eXp Realty agent. If you’re onboarding as an existing team please read our Team Services section.

Brokerage Operations

Responsible for eXp Realty’s U.S. brokerage operations, including compliance with state license law, REALTOR® association membership, MLS participation and risk management.

      • Pacific: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Responsible for eXp Realty’s Canadian brokerage operations, including compliance with provincial license law, REALTOR® association membership, MLS participation and risk management.

Growth and Productivity

Assists eXp Realty agents and staff with agent attraction by developing resources and policies, and having conversations with prospective agents to help the company grow.

Luxury Team: eXp Realty Private Collection

Assists agents in joining the The eXp Realty Private Collection, an elite group of real estate professionals who have documented performance in the top 10% of their market. eXp Realty Private Collection agents must be a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation. To be a part of the eXp Realty Private Collection, certified agents pay a yearly fee of $500, which includes, access to specialized luxury branding, personal brochures and a one-hour marketing consultation to customize your brochures and other materials.

Marketing and Communications

Responsible for strategy and messaging to drive company objectives, marketing approvals, public relations, online and offline marketing materials and internal communications. The following email addresses are where agents can go to get answers to all areas of marketing.

Payment Processing

Assists with transaction files to make sure they are compliant with state or provincial regulations and agents receive their commission payments timely and accurately. They are here to make sure you get paid on time, every time!

Agent Advisory Council

The eXp Agent Advisory Council ensures the voice of the agent is heard at the highest levels of the company. It benefits our shareholders while providing new ways for our senior leadership to obtain additional insight as our company grows. The AAC is made up of 12 nominated and selected eXp agents and brokers; two members serve on the board of directors.

eXp World Holdings Board of Directors

As a public company, we are required to have a board of directors, elected to represent shareholders. They establish policies for corporate management and oversight, and make decisions on major company issues. The board is comprised of real estate agents and leaders in finance and business, including members who have taken companies public; a former President of Global Services at AT&T; a three-time CEO and two-time COO at various finance and software companies such as Cantor Fitzgerald & Co; and a former four-time, top team leader for Keller Williams.
